Pencildust Studio Shipping & Return Policy

• Delivery charges: We offer a range of delivery options, allowing customers to select the one that best fits their needs and budget.

• Turnaround time & delivery: Turnaround time for orders is between 10-12 working days. After that it will be shipped. Once item is shipped it is in the hands of our courier partner company and will be delivered between 1-3 working days.

• • We currently do not ship beyond the borders of South Africa.
• General notes on delivery:
  • We endeavor to meet the best and fastest delivery time. Please appreciate that events beyond our control could cause a delay. We thank you for your understanding.
  • We do not make deliveries over weekends and public holidays.
  • We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time on the day of delivery.
  • A tracking number will be sent to you once the shipment has been collected by the courier company.

We only accept returns and refunds for defective products within 14 days from delivery.

We will only provide a refund or a replacement of a product if the defect is due to a manufacturing error that was caused by Pencildust Studio. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
